Entry level has rec room with foosball, two pinball machines ("The Simpsons" and retro "Tri-Zone"), wet bar, mini fridge, TV w/DVD, full private bath, access to pool, hot tub and outside shower. Middle level has 3 bedrooms, 1Q w/full private bath, 1Q and 2 Singles w/full bath, washer/dryer, two roll-away beds, decks front and back of house, hammock on back deck, deck furniture on all levels. Top level has Master Bedroom w/private bath, kitchen with granite countertops, full island with stools and service for 4, connects to spacious dining area w/dry bar, and great room with gas fireplace, built-in TV w/DVD, extensive DVD movie library, game closet. Spectacular ocean views from top front deck. And sunset views from top back and middle decks, iDesign Tower Stereos for iPhone/iPod/Android devices on lower and top levels. Cable TV. WiFi. 4 Beach bikes. Charcoal grill on pool deck. Expanded pool deck. TWO 80 gallon hot water heaters (hot showers for all).

Dowdy Park is a block away, a new, kid-friendly local park with lots to do, including an extensive kids' play area, with the latest in playground equipment, a raingarden, pickle ball court and basketball court for kids and adults, restrooms, tables and grills.
Security deposit $500, (required), cleaning and linen service $220 (required), swimming pool may be heated for $230 plus tax. If booked,1/2 of payment due upon contract signing, balance of contract sum and security deposit due 40+ days prior to check-in. Security deposit cleared at end of stay if as expected there is no loss or damage. In Season -- Check-in Saturday at 4:00 p.m., Check-out Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Out of Season -- Check-in and Check-out days are flexible.
